Much of the anger in our Country, is focused toward Wall Street. Much of the instability of the market comes from speculation. Until fairly recently, there was a very small tax on each transaction. If this were re-instituted, we have a good source of revenue to help run the government, and a means to discourage rampant speculation. Speculation than can drive up costs on many commonly used products.
