Social security is an off budget item.It is meant to be a stand alone and self-paying item to provide a pension for those who work into their older years, as well as for people who are unable to work for various reasons.
It has been used illegally to fund projects and to shore up shortfalls, and this is illegal.
We need to have this stopped
