Many people are susceptible and are being taken advantage of by predatory lenders. These payday loan stores that have cropped up since the end of previous loan laws that expired are stealing the working poor's money at an alarming rate! They make it seem easy and even preferable for these working poor people to take advantage of a loan to get them through until their next payday and then extract exorbitant interest and fee's over time that can be as much as 800%! The people have to then re-loan in order to pay their next bills and so on! The people who are most susceptible to these practices are suffering because of them! We cannot allow this to go on! We need to institute new laws to prevent these legal loan sharks from being able to take advantage of the poorest of our citizens now!
