Today's justice system is soft. Criminals do not understand the consequences of their actions. First we arrest them, then try them, sentence them, all these parts are good for justice. The problem is that these men are able to run gangs from inside prison. Then after parole they are back on the streets. Public hangings will send a message that we will not tolerate them any more.
Using criminals as a front to infringe constitutional rights is not acceptable.
