More than 77% of working Americans saw their paycheck decrease as a result of the expiration of the 2% payroll tax holiday this year.
On behalf of income earners all across America, we petition the Obama administration to work with congress to introduce a new bill to once again cut payroll taxes by 2% or reduce the federal income tax by 2% for individuals and families to make up the shortfall of the increased payroll tax!
