With taxes increasing and people adjusting their budgets
family pets are loosing out of medical care when needed.
In fact, pets are being dumped on the street and or dropped off at the nearest shelter which it struggles with
and end up having to destroy wonderful animals of which were once gracious loving family member.
The "Happy Tax" will encourage pet owners to give better
medical treatment to their pets and give the owner a tax credit. Not to mention happiness to the family who loves pets and helps other animals as they can.
