We the great people of the United States of America propose:
That the Debt Free America Act (HR-4646) be re-introduced into congress for vote. This bill would create a transactional tax on banking creating a true fair tax as each banking transaction or deposit would bear the tax of about 1%.
It would allow the personal income tax to be removed as well as the onerous and complicated by design tax code and paying off the national debt in a few short years..
