We know that Troy Davis was not given a fair case, and even though he has been executed he should still have the chance to have his name cleared of his alleged crime as there was not enough sufficient evidence to place him at the scene of the crime. If he is still found guilty then so be it, but if he is found innocent then that means a reform of our justice system should be put in place. No man should be accused, let alone arrested and executed, of a crime that no one has enough evidence to prove he was the one who did it. Even in death, he should have a chance to have his name cleared and the real perpetrator should be brought to justice, if that is the case.
