Re name Black History Month

Stacey Dash recently stated we don`t need a black history month. She is half correct. We don`t need a black history month, that has always implied that we don`t know history and need to learn. We don`t need to learn history, we need to be recognize for our American heritage like every other race in America. Some ask also, where is white history month? White history month is Irish heritage month in March, right after February. There`s also an Italian American heritage month in October. They all recognize a people for their already contributing " heritage". We the people ask for February to be re-named properly "African American Heritage Month" in honor of our already contributed collective "heritage", not Black history like a classroom lesson or a negative connotation. Thank you.
