Kurt Cobain, the lead singer of the American grunge band Nirvana, was found dead at his home located at 171 Lake Washington Boulevard in Seattle, Washington, United States on April 8, 1994, having died three days prior on April 5. The Seattle Police Department incident report states that Cobain was found with a shotgun across his body, had a visible head wound and there was a suicide note discovered nearby. His head was not blown off and was fully intact. Things don't add up and to this day the evidence is questionable, from the "Suicide Note" to no fingerprints on the gun, the case should be re-opened so fans around the world will know the truth on what really happened to such a beloved singer nearly 20 years ago.
