Lance Armstrong has recently admitted to his doping claims, and in recent interviews has refused or has been manifestly unwilling to provide details of his illegal involvements, which seem now, evidentiary.
Despite the fact he has admitted to acts in violation of federal law, he has had the federal investigation against him dropped, facing no legal punishment. However, given the gravity of evidence where Mr Armstrong stands accused of drug trafficking, the public need truth.
The state must involve itself in prosecuting misconduct, and we the people, believe that given evidence provided by Mr Armstrong himself, the state must conduct a proper, thorough and public inquiry and if necessary, prosecution of Mr Armstrong and all parties responsible, concordant with federal narcotics laws.
