Mr. President, The Federal Medical Marijuana program has been serving 5 patients for many years. It has allowed them to live longer than ever expected. All we ask is that you reopen the Federal Medical Marijuana program to new patients. The laws already exist to distribute and regulate patient medicine, all you have to do is Undo what Ronald Reagan did, and reopen the program started by the very wise President Carter.
