Re-Open Operation: Project Flicker (May 2007 - Jan 2008)

Created by J.S. on November 03, 2016

Back in May 2007 DCIS opened a Project called "Operation Flicker" that only lasted for 8 months and then was shut down due to lack of resources. 5,200 pentagon employees involved in this investigation yet only a handful of employees were prosecuted for downloading child pornography from government computers. 1,700 were never even crosschecked and the excuse I can see is blackmail for govt secrets is why this was shut down and never talked about again...it's almost a decade later and I'm sure since there were no consequences for their actions criminal or administrative prior to...then why would they stop. I wouldn't doubt if the pedophile ring has even grown larger (possibly Hillary Clinton's) and with Eric Snowden's revelations The NSA has been spying and recording us for over a decade.
