Re-Open relay services such as www.ip-relay.com to deaf citizens.

Created by P.G. on December 12, 2014

To overturn a recent decision by the FCC to close online website relay services to deaf citizens. Due to a ruling by the governing board for the FCC they stated fraud amongst the online users by hearing people. While its hard to stop everyone from committing fraud some type of verification system should have been put in place to verify a persons disability before the wholesale shutdown of websites and services that deaf people use on a daily basis to communicate. My wife in particular now has very limited ways of communicating with banks, hospitals , and her friends and relatives. Please look into this matter and have the FCC re-instate these relay websites they are very important to the deaf community and would ensure our government is complying with the American Disabilities Act.
