Back on 2004 when the US goverment decide to shut down operations on the Naval Base of Roosevelt Roads, the economy lf Puerto Rico was hurt badly. Now the base serves as a ghost town with no purpose. The creation of a training center of combine task force of all military branches and other agencies will help support the exonomy of the island. Also will help on the traffic of illegal drugs between the island of Vieques and Culebra. The base is the ideal place for a a training center thar helps the Navy and Marines with basic training and advance training, will be a one of a kind military training center. While helping the economy of our island of Puerto Rico.
