Michelle Obama said so herself that "This is really what the White House is all about. It's the People's House. It's a place that is steeped in history, but it's also a place where everyone should feel welcome. And that's why my husband and I have made it our mission to open up the house to as many people as we can." I believe there are efforts that can be made by the Obama Administration and his family that if they truly believe in those words they would live up to that statement. I urge you to make a small step towards giving the House, and the United States of America back to the people. Sequestration is not reason enough to close the doors of the White House to the people who are supporting it - the history and education is too important.
