The people of the United States have the right to tour their White House. These cuts are unneccessary compared to the outrageous spending of the President and Congress for things such as motorcades, enormous salaries, and many other luxuries not available to the average American. Taxpayer money pays for the staff and maintenance of the White House, and therefore taxpayers should be able to tour it.
