Let U.S based global companies that have billions of dollars off-shore be able to re-patriat those monies, by investing in job creating and company re-investment, without having to pay a huge tax to do so.
This would make it an economic stimulus, funded by the private sector, encouraging more U.S. job creation and re-investing in building/manufacturing/creating more jobs here at home.
Have strict guidelines, such as x millions of dollars re-patriated = x number of jobs.
If the U.S. doesn't do this, those monies will go to other countries and new create jobs and wealth there. This is happening now!
