The VA has claims over two year old in their systems causing our veterans not to get the benefits due them.
The VA needs to get two very different systems to "talk" to each other as well get a way to process real paper into their systems.
The Prism development team had shown that they can take information from many different sources to make them work in one system.
I recommend moving the Prism team over to the VA problem to help our Veterans.
