I feel that if we want to TRULY have a weapon free school system that we need to set up check points that are as robust as those used in airports.
The simplest way to accomplish this would be to use an already established, and reasonably functional system. by using the TSA we would not have to train more people or loose police force to protect our schools. We would also be able to ENFORCE gun free zones.
If we trust them to protect MILLIONS of travellers every day, why not use them as a tool to keep our schools as safe?
