→ Instruct the Attorney General and the Director of the ONDCP to re-schedule cannabis so that seriously ill patients may have access to the therapeutic use of cannabis as states allow.
→ Create a committee to study the feasibility of re-instating the Compassionate Investigational New Drug Program for cannabis use by seriously ill patients.
→ Re-evaluate the priorities of DEA, NIDA & ONDCP pertaining to the allowance of cannabis use for seriously ill patients.
→ Direct the IRS to allow all legitimized dispensaries, who have been granted license by their respective states, to claim those allowances that would be given to any other legitimate business.
→ Petition the UN to withdraw Cannabis Sativa from the UN Single Convention on Narcotics.
