By signing this petition,

You would like to have Marijuana (cannabis) re-scheduled on the Controlled Substances Act (CSA), and not removed, by the FDA/ DEA or for it to be sent to Congress or The Attorney General in order to evaluate Marijuana (cannabis) for Re-classification.

If the Re-classification of Marijuana (cannabis) is not accomplished, we the people petition for Tobacco (nicotine) to be placed on the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) or evaluated in accordance to Title 21 United States Code (USC) Controlled Substances Act- Subchapter I - Control and Enforcement Part B- Authority to Control; Standards and Schedules
