Re-schedule marijuana from a schedule one drug to a medically accepted schedule two drug under federal law.

Created by B.A. on January 05, 2013

The classification of marijuana or cannabis as a schedule one drug has been and is one of the reasons this beneficial drug has not and will not be funded for any medical research. Changing marijuana to a schedule two drug will clear the way for marijuana to be recognized as a controlled substance that has some legitimate medical use. Reclassifying marijuana will also bring to an end raids by federal agencies into states that have all ready approved medical marijuana by vote, and possibly stop the incarceration of otherwise law abiding citizens and medical patients and their providers.
