The Safe Families and Adoption Act of 97 gave CPS entirely to much authority which they have abused. They prey upon poor families to gain healthy children to make money for the State. Children that really would benefit from their help get lost in the system because damaged goods are not sellable. While our healthy children are removed and become emotionally and physically abused by the very system designed to protect them, some are ever murdered while in CPS care but no charges are brought against CPS when they harm our children nor do they give them back. CPS can lie in court, file false documents, not have to prove anything. Whatever happened to being innocent until proven guilty, instead of guilty till you prove your innocent.Which you can never prove to CPS. STOP CPS CORRUPTION.
