On April 17, 2013, the senate rejected a new bi-partisan plan, aimed at tightening policies around background checks for purchasing guns. This plan was formulated, largely in part, by Pat Toomey (R-PA) and Joe Manchin (D-W VA). In an effort to help end gun violence and promote the responsible acquisition of firearms in this country, please help me petition the Obama administration to re-take the vote and pass a plan that represents 90% of Americans!
