Introduce policy that redirects our vast military resources to accomplishing the mission of rebuilding our failing infrastructure. We have some of the best engineers in our country and we can educate more in this mission to support and rebuild our sagging infrastructure.
Defense starts at home. If we do not rebuild our troubled nation what then is there to defend? Use the Army Corps of Engineers and the Navy Sea-bees and any other engineering group based in our military and expand their mission to protect America from the crumbling bridges and roads and to improve our fiber optic networks and the national power grids for every American.
As Commander in Chief this is within your powers to declare war on the decaying infrastructure that threatens to end American exceptional-ism.
