Re-train Coal Miners and Oil workers.

Re-train coal and oil workers so that they can move into new energy jobs. The people that work in these industries sometimes feel they have no choice and if they are injured and cannot work they do not have other skills. Perhaps one way to get the United States off the oil and coal wagon is to force those companies to re-train their workers in fileds like solar, wind, and wave energy. Once these workers are trained in this new technology they will not want to go back to the back breaking and health risks. This might also force these industries to stop blocking the progress and get seriously involved in new energy.
