Re-Vamp the Civil Rights era and push for more equal treatment for minorities.

Being a white teenager in a small semisouthern town I have witnessed first hand what racist beliefs my fellow students have. Many of my peers were raised with the belief that the civil war never really happened, that racial equality is non-existent, they believe in white supremecy.I want the Obama administration to enstate programs in high schools (such as those in the south) to unite them with people from minority groups. For example my school consists of no cultural background due to location. Perhaps the administration should start student exchange programs, where children from different ethnic groups visit schools with a mainly one ethnicity student body. I also would push for programs in the school systems that teach children equal treatment. Please like "Project =" on Facebook.
