Re-work Frank-Dodd act, its devestating to Appraisers, Mtg Brokers and Realtors, Gives too much power to "BIG BANKS"

The Frank Dodd act has forced Appraisers to be employed by Appraisal Management Companies that pay extremely low fees to appraisers, forcing the experienced and most professional appraisers out of the business and expanding on the problems in housing. The Frank Dodd act also has been very damaging to mortgage brokers and Realtors. This act has given tremendous power to the big banks and destroyed many many small businesses country wide. This is a direct result of bank lobbying with tremendous funds to government officials, funds that the appraisal industry will never have.
