Turn education reform over to the professional educators who know what it is to be on the front lines. Ed reform via millionaires and politicians is not working. Eliminate the carrots and sticks, the constant barrage of testing, and Race to the Top as well as the total lack of respect for educators as professionals. Trained and experienced professional educators can reform education.
