Felony guidelines and laws are detrimental and ineffective because they do not allow for any successful completion and restoration for felons. Felony charges are extreme and destroys lives and families.
Remove the law that companies cannot hire felon's.
Require companies to hire felon's on the grounds that the person qualifies for the position they applied for.
Drop felony charges off records after 5-10 years.
Require probation officer's and case manager's be required to have a specified # of completed/closed accounts each and every year.
Make the probation officers and case manager's salary based on their commitment to the # of specified completed/closed accounts each and every year.
