Reach an agreement with all other countries that will will all write off an equal proportion of our national debt

If every country agreed to uniformly write off an equal portion of their national debt, but debiting a newly created funded called "for the good of the planet" or something like that and crediting their national debt no rule of accounting would be broken. We have tied our own hands be thinking that we are limited in what we can accomplish by how much money the accountants say we have. It is all fiction and deserves to be fixed for the good of the planet and man kind.
