Congress begins its summer recess in August. The people of the United States are going through sequestration right now which means a percent of them are suffering through furloughs. The fiscal year will be near its end when Congress comes back and that would mean that budget cuts would need to be implemented once again. The White House and Congress needs to work together in order to reach a final budget. During the month long recess, people are going to be losing money and there is not a valid excuse for the government not to start working together for the people of the United States.
