Since I am a socially disadvantaged minority,I have been unable to implement my project through normal channels.The project in question is a machine that I have invented that will reduce Pollution by as much as 60%,and allow Power Plants to burn coal safely.The production of this machine will create a new Industry,thus creating hundreds of thousands of Jobs and a boost in foreign trade because these machines are greatly needed by countries like China and every other industrialized country on the planet.I am in need of funding and technical assistance to complete this project to be presented to the E.P.A. along with my Grant Application.I want them to see that the machine works which is the most important thing for any invention.The amount needed to complete my prototype is( $350,000.00)
