Reach Equal Pay Through Empowerment

On average women earn seventy-seven cents for every dollar a White male receives. A solution to this problem is clearly necessary, one of the most feasible solutions is educating women on how to approach a situation where this type of wage discrimination is levied upon them through classes in the education system. Another step is to monitor companies and employers to dissuade deciding pay based on gender. Data will be collected through audits of these companies and an effort will be made to provide employers with training to better conduct themselves on these issues and severe punishments will be distributed if this is not met.Help us strive towards our end goal of equal pay for equal work.
