Reach For the Stars: Invite Neil deGrasse Tyson to speak to the whole of Congress on the NASA budget.

Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson has expressed a convincing opinion that increasing the budget of NASA by a relatively negligible amount would produce vast and exponential benefits for the American people, and more importantly the human race as a whole. I, Thomas Gibson, would like to put fourth to my fellow man this opportunity to sign a petition to our elected officials requesting, in their service to the people, that Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson be invited to speak to the entirety of the Congress of the United States of America. Dr. Tyson would be invited to speak, preferably televised, during prime hours on a flexible prompt of: How funding NASA would benefit the United States and all the people of the human race.
