Since a few years the National Security Agency is spying european people. This spying is not compatible with the high freedom rights in european countries like the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) in Germany. According to the Strafgesetzbuch (StGB), this spying is a big criminal activity and it's not acceptable. On european territory the NSA has to respect the european rights and not the american rights. Because of this illegal spying I want a criminal procedure of a court.
