Read and Passed H.R 324 statutory Power of arrest for civilian police officers within DOD. Equality as any officer

H.R 324 which allows civilian police officer within the military and DOD to have the same benefits as any other Law Enforcement Officer and able to have Statutory Power of arrest and carry firearm off duty. Officers put their lives every time they wear that police uniform in a military base especially for the civilian officers off duty carry should be allow and should have the same rights as any other federal police officer has.
