The current administration is disregarding the Constitution. NDAA, FISA, and the Patriot Act all go against the First, Second, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth, Ninth and Tenth amendments. If the President says "...will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." How is the President and Congress serving the constitution if they are constantly putting in legislation that is in direct conflict with what it says?
