Although claiming to have been a "Constitutional Lawyer" during the 2008 campaign, it is clear that President Obama has never actually read the Constitution of the United States of America.
This petition is to force the President, in light of all the recent scandals of this administration, to read the Constitution, in its entirety, on live-TV on July 4th, 2013.
