Mr President, you need to stop hiding laws and liberties from the public eye, and stop spreading hysteria. You are punishing LEGAL, law abiding gun owners and sport shooters. We the people also challenge you to come clean about the Conn. shooting, in which many of the facts do not fit the actual reports, as well as research these two topics:
US v. Miller. It is a Supreme Court case regarding a man that had a double barreled sawed off shotgun. They Supreme Court found that the 2nd Amendment applied only to firearms that had legitimate Military purposes.
AND:
Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws.
