The purpose of this petition is to request that President Obama thoroughly read a research paper regarding the history of Russia in order to more effectively deal with the Russian Federation. The paper provides a detailed history of Russia in order to point out its long history of autocracy-and that while it may not be preferable, this must be dealt with, at least for the time being. As such, it is important that the Obama administration be aware of the history-as well as the psychology and sociology, of the Russian nation and people.
