READING BILLS BEFORE VOTING ARE REQUIRED FOR SENATE AND CONGRESSIONAL MEMBERS

The Senate and Congress is out of control. Bills should not be so big it takes years to read. The Senate voting for the Obamacare bill and Immigrations bill without reading it was careless and unprofessional.These people have been voted in office to enact what WE THE PEOPLE ask of them. I ask that The Senate and Congress be held accountable to their voting. I ask that each and Senator and Congressmen PERSONALLY should be required to read EACH bill before they can legally vote on it. That in finding that a member has not read the bill before casting vote that this member be fined and removed from their seat of office and barred from any other political office in the future.This will encourage eliminating 2700 page bills that are so full of hidden clauses and hold accountable our officials!
