Readopt the isolationist policies in play prior to WWII and stop policing the world. We have enough to deal with here.

Created by S.R. on March 11, 2014

Since the completion of WWII the United States has adopted the role of global policeman, at an exuberant cost of the American Government and people. It is not the job of our nation to yell "Stop liking what I don't like" at other nations and go to war over red herrings and wild goose chases.

Rome fell because of constant warfare and political strife, the Byzantine Empire fell because of constant warfare, the the Spartans and Greeks fell due to constant warfare, the British Empire, the Franks, Visigoths, Persians, Carthaginians....

We can point to history to show how this does not work, so why make the same mistake again?
