We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Reaffirm the Constitutional Protections guaranteed to Federal Whistleblowers and Publicly Pardon Edward Snowden.

Created by B.H. on November 11, 2016

Edward Snowden is being charged with crimes under the Espionage Act, when his actions had nothing to do with espionage and everything to do with exposing, to the America People, questionable Government Overreach Activities into the lives of law-abiding American Citizens without their consent. Edward Snowden's actions are protected under Whistleblower Laws and he has a right to his Constitutional Defenses against unreasonable arrest for a Crime he did not commit. There is no evidence he has given any secrets to external actors and he should be pardoned of all charges levied against him.
