Reaffirm that secession is not an option, while acknowledging that D.C. itself is largely what provokes secession talk.

With the many secession petitions on the WhiteHouse.gov website, it is important for the Obama Administration to remind the people of the United States of two facts: first, that secession is impossible and impermissible under the Constitution, as established at Appomattox; and second, that secession talk today is largely the result of the chronic failures of Obama-Administration policies, coupled with the Washington D.C. habit of overreach and arrogance.
