Reaffirming Treaties And The Status of Treaty Nations
In order to reaffirm the Treaties entered into with Indian Nations and the United States of America, and the fact that these specific Indian Tribes and Nations retain their vested Treaty Rights and are “recognized” by the U.S. Federal Government and “acknowledged” as “Treaty Nations” and in order to resolve issues of conflict,
argument, conflict jurisdiction and infringement and to reassure that the Treaty Nations sustain prosperous and resilient Governments, and Whereas According to historical records, the first time the U.S. Federal Government being the United States of America ever “Recognized” or “Acknowledged” an Indian Tribe or Nation was by entering into a relationship by Treaty. Therefore we must maintain peace
