Divided government should not be without any compromise. There is no more room for my way or the highway politics. Politicians are not accountable to the people in the country that elect the president. Instead, because of gerrymandering, politicians have lost sight of being accountable for what's best for the country. Therefore, we look less and less like a democracy right here in the US.
