To drive voter participation and turnout, tally and report vote results as they occur, up to the end of election day. This will incentivize voters, seeing trends, to "Get out the vote".
Provide a TSA Pre/Trusted traveler like ID (for voters that chose) so that we can each verify our final vote, and even change it up until the last day.
Provide a common "Open Source" XML schema that provides constant update of # of registered voters in each district, compares it to residency, reflects the number of provisional votes, etc. Show every bit of "Meta Data" that reflects on key trends. Let third parties (Democrat, Republican, Media, etc.) mine this data for fraud.
