Realign our military into a "one service, one uniform" defense force.

Creating a one service, one uniform military will cut the defense budget by a few billion dollars, while keeping our defense strong. We currently wast billions of dollars by doing everything four and five times over. The Air Force has all types of aircraft. The Navy has all types of aircraft, and so does the Army and Marines and the Coast Guard. This is just one example of the waste. With one service, one uniform, we could cut the number of aircraft by at least half and still keep our air defense strong. Do this with everything else and billions will be saved every year bringing us back to a balanced budget in just a few years.
